When you opt-in to receive text messages from us through our website forms, you are subscribing to the Ocean Ave Health Alerts program.
- Program Description: The Ocean Ave Health Alerts program provides subscribers with updates regarding their walkthrough bookings, reservation confirmations, appointment reminders, and responses to inquiries.
- Message and Data Rates: Msg & Data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Ocean Ave Health text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your scheduled bookings.
- Support/Help Instructions: For assistance, text HELP to the number you received messages from, or email us at info@oceanavehealth.com.
- Opt-Out Instructions: To opt-out of receiving text messages at any time, text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you submit a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one final text message from us confirming that you will no longer receive text messages. No additional text messages will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Ocean Ave Health.
